The Stat-X Group takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. We process personal data, which are collected when visiting our website www.stat-x.biz, in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations. Your data will neither be published by us nor passed on to third parties without authorization. In the following, we explain what data we collect and how exactly they are used.
When you visit our web pages, our web servers temporarily store every access in a log file. The following data is collected and stored until automated deletion:

• Message if the retrieval was successful

The processing of this data is to enable the use of the website (connection establishment), the system security, the technical administration of the network infrastructure and to optimize the Internet site. The IP address is evaluated only in case of attacks on the network infrastructure of the Stat-X group.
Beyond the cases, these personal data will not be processed unless you expressly consent to further processing. This happens for example by the registration with our Web shop, whose order process and individual information part you can not use without personal registration.
If you order products or services through us, we will use the address data provided only for processing the order and for the additional communication in accordance with Article 6 paragraph 1, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). A customer account is created in which the data is stored and processed in our merchandise management system.
Any use of your personal data takes place only for the stated purposes and to the extent necessary to achieve these purposes. A passing on to third does not take place. Personal data transfers to government agencies and agencies will only be within the bounds of mandatory national law or where disclosure is required in law or law enforcement in the event of attacks on our network infrastructure. A transfer for other purposes does not take place.
