It is important to us to keep our ordering process as clear and easy as possible. In order to serve you better, we recommend that you carefully read the following terms and conditions regarding payment and delivery.The complete guidelines can also be downloaded in the original German text as PDF:  AGB
In general:
- We supply only commercial customers
- First orders only: please place your order using your official company letter-head paper, so that we have all of your company´s data for our records.
- First orders only: We reserve the right to obtain a credit rating or to require pre-payment or C.O.D.
- All prices are wholesale and do not include taxes and packaging and will be sent from our Austrian factory warehouse.
- We work with many reputable suppliers. For orders that are placed by 10 am, we are usually able to ship on the same day. The standard delivery time within Germany and Austria is 1-3 days. Please refer to the availability codes next to each article. In-stock articles are subject to availability. All indicated delivery times are only estimates.
- Minimum order is € 40. For totals above € 150, we waive the usual € 15 handling charge.
- The conditions of payment are as follows: We offer a 2 % discount for full payment within 14 days. All open balances are to be paid in full within 30 days.
- All listed prices are valid for 30 days
- Until full payment has been received all items remain the property of Stat-X.
